Brief Product Information

Moderzol EC/DN series are reactive dyes for cellulose fiber and its blend. They are well-suitable for exhaustion, CPB and continuous dyeing process. The advantageous of Moderzol EC/DN series include simplify application, laboratory to production reproducibility and compatibility as well as  total saving of energy consumption.

Color Range

Group I: EC Series: Moderzol Yellow EC, Moderzol Red EC,  Moderzol Blue EC, Moderzol Navy Blue EC,  Moderzol Navy Blue EC-R

1. Total Dyeing Cost Saving more than 30 %
2. High Reproducibility (Lab Production)
3. High Dyestuffs fixation
4. High Color Yield
5. Low Sensitivity to Dyeing Parameter
6. Good Build Up during Dyeing
7. Good Compatibility with other Dyes
8. Flexible Alkali System

Group II: Special Color:

1. Moderzol Orange EC, Moderzol Scarlet EC Not with the general trichromatic special color (bright color, good fastness)
2. Moderzol Olive EC, Moderzol Brown EC general trichromatic color of the most difficult special color(single dye, good fastness)
3.Moderzol Navy Blue EC-R It provide easy color palette, good fastness as well as cost saving.

Group III Black Color: Moderzol Black EC-N & Moderzol Black EC-R Give exhaust the highest rate of black (green, red) than GR, MNN deep 25-40 % with increase cost of about 20-30%


Group IV: DN Series
1. Color strength is 50-90% stronger than popular reactive dye, price is 40-50 % higher.
2. Harmonic tricolor compatibility
3. Higher fixation rate, less unfixed dyes to be fixed off, shorter washing off process, more efficient
4. Environmentally friendly dye residue remain in exhaustion baht after dyeing, less pollution.
5. Higher build up extremely deep brilliant shade are possible. Helpful for new color area & new market development.
6. Higher washing fastness, fixation rate, less unfixed dye which are easiest to wash off.
7. Less labor and salt, easy operation and decrease cost and operation
